As Development Project Associate you will coordinate
new and existing projects from initial planning stages to procurement of construction, reviewing bids and contract negotiation, or
Oversee all aspects of financial modeling/underwriting of prospective investments while working with the Development Manager on
projects as a Development Business Associate.
