DENVER, CO – February 29, 2016 – Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announces the first full-building sale at  Crossroads Commerce Park (Crossroads), located at the southwest corner of 55th Avenue and Logan Court in unincorporated Adams County. Empire Staple Company has purchased the 62,000 square foot industrial facility, and will relocate their headquarters to the new building on March 14. The Company sells systems and supplies to nail, staple, strap, tape and mark products used in a wide variety of industries to manufacture, package and ship goods.  This new building will feature a larger showroom, as well as accommodate their headquarters offices, provide repair for customer’s tools and systems, product sales and serve as the distribution center for Empire Staple Company’s six branch locations.

“Empire Staple Company is thrilled to take ownership of Building 4 in Crossroads Commerce Park,” said Bill Spicer, President of Empire Staple Company. “With access to both I-25 and I-70 it is, in my mind’s eye, the right place for us to be to further enhance our service to our customers and our distribution reach.”

Future phases will include individual buildings on a build-to-suit basis for users for sale or lease.
