In Denver, Trammell Crow Company has had a continuous presence for over 50 years. Over the past decade, TCC’s Denver Office has successfully developed and acquired over $2 billion in projects across all product types. The Denver Business Unit has worked together for years on several complex projects in the Region, including: the Denver Union Station Multi-Modal Transportation Center, the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center, the History Colorado Center and DaVita’s World Headquarters.

Currently, TCC has over 1 million square feet under construction, including noteworthy projects such as: Denver Health & Hospital Authority's Support Services Office Building totaling 200,000 SF; Denver Water's Operations Complex Redevelopment inclusive of 3​4+ Acres, 330,000 SF and multiple buildings; Crossroads Commerce Park - a Class A industrial park currently with 860,000 SF completed or under construction; Riverview at 1700 Platte Street, a 200,000 SF office building with ground floor retail; and 169 Inverness Drive, a 120,000 SF speculative, Class A office building on behalf of Artis REIT in the southeast suburbs.

Trammell Crow Company’s Denver office has been recognized for their significant achievements throughout the Denver area including NAIOP’s 2011 Owner/Developer of the year​, and NAIOP's 2012 Office Development of the Year for the delivery of the 260,000 sq.ft. DaVita HQ Building.  In addition, 1900 16th Street, a project completed in 2009 by TCC Denver, achieved a Platinum-Level LEED rating for Existing Building and Maintenance (EBOM) program administered by the US Green Building Council.  This 17-story, 400,000 SF building is the first multi-tenant building in Colorado to reach this certification. In 2015, Denver Union Station was awarded the prestigious Urban Land Institute's Global Award of Excellence for the collaborative development. Most recently, Crossroads Commerce Park has been recognized as NAIOP Colorado's 2016 Industrial Development of the Year.
