Mike  Sullivan

Mike previously served as an owner and the Executive Vice President of Construction for Mile High Development for six years, where he was responsible for all construction management activities for the company, including the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building, the Cultural Center Parking Garage and Phase II of the Colorado Center office/retail project.
He is a Civil Engineer from the United State Military Academy, and has extensive civil design and construction experience within the Corps of Engineers. Mike has built roads, bridges, airfields, drainage structures, and ports.  Mike also has designed and installed electrical distribution facilities, domestic water supply systems, and sanitary waste collection and processing systems.
Mike began his construction management career with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, managing over $15 million worth of projects worldwide, including the Republic of Honduras and the Republic of Panama. Upon returning to civilian life, he joined LaSalle Partners in 1990 and was responsible for property management, renewal and expansion leasing, and the daily operations and financial performance  of two major commercial office projects in Denver.
In 1992, he became Business and General Manager for Central City Associates, managing construction, development and business plan implementation for two Black Hawk casinos, collectively worth approximately $17 million. He then went on to oversee all operations for a 24,000 square foot, $9 million casino operation. In 1996, Sullivan became Assistant Portfolio Manager for Premisys Real Estate Services, and was responsible for all tenant finish construction and capital improvement construction projects and service contracts for a 1.8 million square foot portfolio.
