Jeremy Garner and Davis Griffin Promoted to Principal

HOUSTON, TX – February 20, 2014 Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces that Jeremy Garner and Davis Griffin have been promoted to Principal within the firm’s Houston Business Unit.

As Principal, Jeremy Garner will continue to lead the development of speculative and build-to-suit Industrial projects throughout Houston. Garner is currently overseeing the development of over 1.2 million square feet, including buildings in Lakeview Business Park, Fallbrook Pines Business Park, and Kenswick AirFreight & LogisticsCentre. He previously was a Senior Vice President, and has been with TCC since 2004. Garner is adept at developing projects that meet the tenant requirements in the various Houston Industrial submarkets.

Davis Griffin, who has been with Trammell Crow Company since 2002, has become a Principal. She will continue to focus on Healthcare and Retail development throughout central and southeast Texas, responsible for all aspects of the development process from identifying opportunities, shaping projects to meet the market, financing, and leasing. She is currently overseeing Retail and Medical Office building developments in Houston and in San Antonio. Griffin has significant experience with Healthcare, Retail, and Higher Education development projects.
