TCC And Clarion Partners Complete Construction On Kenswick Airfreight & Logistics Centre Buildings 3 And 4

HOUSTON, TX – November 18, 2013 Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers and investors, and joint venture partner Clarion Partners, a leading U.S. real estate investment manager, announce they have completed construction on Kenswick AirFreight & LogisticsCentre Buildings 3 and 4, two rear-load, Class A industrial buildings totaling 133,250 square feet. The project is situated near George Bush Intercontinental Airport, adjacent to the first phase of Kenswick AirFreight & LogisticsCentre, which Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners completed in 2007.

Building 3 comprises 74,880 square feet and includes a fenced truck court and outside storage area totaling 2.65 acres, while Building 4 comprises 58,370 square feet with a 140’ wide truck court. The buildings are situated on a 13-acre parcel and feature 24’ clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, extra trailer parking, wide truck courts, ample parking, and separated car and truck traffic. The site provides convenient access to US 59, Beltway 8 and FM 1960, and is located along the future entry into the IAH CargoCenter. The project is suited for companies involved with the forwarding, trucking, brokering, packaging, and crating of air freight, as well as energy related companies.

Kenswick AirFreight & LogisticsCentre is one of several projects under a national industrial development program Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners have established that is focused on the development of new Class A, industrial buildings in targeted markets throughout the U.S.
