Trammell Crow Company Announces Promotions in Houston

HOUSTON, TX – April 28, 2015 – Trammell Crow Company announces that five people have been promoted within the firm’s Houston Business Unit: Sean Nolan, Kevin Schmok, Zeena Pinto, George Farish and Jeff Pate. 

“Each individual is an expert in their respective product types and reliably exhibits outstanding performance,” said Jim Casey, Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company’s Houston Business Unit. “Their work is an important part of why Trammell Crow Company continues to lead the Houston market and deliver outstanding results to our partners and customers.”

Receiving promotions are:
  • Sean NolanSenior Vice President, Development Management
    Sean Nolan currently oversees the development of a major project, which consists of 173-acre Office/Industrial campus. The first phase, totaling approximately 1 million square feet on 71 acres, is under construction and will be occupied in 1Q 2016. Sean is an architect and a LEED AP.

  • Kevin SchmokSenior Vice President, Development Management
    Kevin leads the Office development management team and handles the oversight of Energy Center 3, 4, & 5. He is highly regarded by our capital partners and, with more than 27 years of industry experience, has the knowledge skills needed in developing any product type. Kevin is a member of the Houston Chapters of NAIOP and ULI.

  • Zeena PintoVice President, Development Management
    Zeena is focused on a major campus development, managing design, construction and specialty requirements of the Industrial buildings. During her 14-year career, she has worked on more than $2.5 billion in projects including supervising the design and construction of a $300 million hospital. Zeena is a member of the US Green Building Council.

  • George FarishVice President, Development & Investment
    George brings more than 10 years of industry knowledge to TCC. Currently focusing on a major campus project, he is primarily responsible for tracking and analyzing project budgets and expenditures via comprehensive financial models. He also provides analyses, management and guidance on other technical issues and projects. George is a member of the Houston Chapters of NAIOP and ULI.

  • Jeff Pate​ Vice President, Development & Investment
    Jeff’s responsibilities include managing various aspects of TCC Retail projects and pursuing new Retail development opportunities. Jeff earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University and has more than 10 years of finance, real estate and legal experience. Jeff is a member of ICSC and the Houston Chapters of ULI and NAIOP.
