Nancy Moses Promoted To Vice President

LOS ANGELES, CA – October 27, 2014 Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces that Nancy Moses has been promoted to Vice President with the firm’s Los Angeles Business Unit. In this role, she will continue to focus on managing the execution of complex construction projects from design, programming and budgets to the supervision of the construction build out through project close-out. Her areas of expertise include client management, design supervision, construction management, budgeting and scheduling.  
“Nancy has been an integral part of our development team in Los Angeles,” said Brad Cox, Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company’s Los Angeles Business Unit. “In the last two years alone, she has successfully delivered over 330,000 square feet of medical and health sciences facilities and built excellent relationships with our key partners, lenders, and users. We are confident in her ability to continue to be a leader of our team and executing projects for TCC and our clients in Los Angeles.”
Since joining TCC in 2005, Nancy has held increasing roles, most recently serving as Development Manager responsible for the programming and budgeting of multiple development projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. She successfully delivered the tenant development of Keck Health Sciences Building, a 120,000 square foot healthcare building for the University of Southern California and was an integral part of the 2000 Avenue of the Stars development team, a 790,000 square foot office building in Century City, CA. She also serves as project manager for the WaterGarden refresh project in Santa Monica, multiple projects on behalf of USC and Lowe's hotel. Nancy is a unique and talented leader who will continue to be a key contributor to the success of the Los Angeles TCC team.
