Greg has directed over $800M in developments and acquisitions in Greater Los Angeles. He has managed entitlement, financing, design, construction, and disposition of over a dozen highly complex projects, including his direct management of 2000 Avenue of the Stars, a 790,000sf trophy class high-rise project in Century City, Los Angeles. He most recently delivered 220,000sf of Medical & Health Sciences facilities for the University of Southern California, and is currently executing 80,000sf of adaptive reuse space for the Keck School of Medicine. Greg has executed projects across a wide spectrum of product types and capital structures, and has a well-earned reputation for delivering projects under budget and ahead of schedule. He consistently delivers results and returns for clients, partners, and investors.

U.S. Navy, Civil Engineer Corps - 1994 to 2002

Greg directed numerous office, retail, industrial, medical, housing, airport, and military intelligence development projects in locations from the Mediterranean, to the Caribbean, and the Eastern Pacific Ocean, and established himself as a subject matter expert in facility force protection. He personally managed over $150 million in U.S. Navy real estate assets, $50 million in construction equipment, and directed a construction team of 167 personnel.
