  • California Palms Business Center - Master planning, entitlements, off-site and design management for 2.1 million square feet of industrial facilities in Redlands, California. Build-to-suit clients included Payless Shoe Source, Lamps Plus and Prime-Line.
  • Sycamore Business Park - Master planning, entitlements, off-site and design management for 1 million square feet of industrial facilities in Riverside, California.
