Associate Project Manager

  • Oversees the administration and coordination of development project records from due diligence through construction to disposition.
  • Manages contract and change order processing; issuing and routing contracts and change orders for development and business unit projects.
  • Oversees the administration of project transmittals, mail, reports, due diligence manuals, project closeouts and other agreements.
  • Provides support in maintaining, recording, and releasing of contractor’s preliminary notices for projects.
  • Ensure contractor’s insurance is in compliance with internal, lender and partner requirements.
  • Maintains an insurance database which reports insurance deficiencies for Management review and for deficiency notifications.
  • Provides clerical support to Business Unit Executives and Management team
