Barry has been responsible for the overall development and entitlement activity at the Atwater Corporate Center, a 388-acre brownfield redevelopment initiative on the site of the former Cedar Hollow Quarry in Malvern, PA. Trammell Crow Company is converting the former industrial site into a 2.6 million square foot corporate office park configured around a 70-acre lake.

Barry was responsible for the 300,000 square foot BTS worldwide headquarters for Endo Health Solutions Inc.  This project was developed in the Atwater Corporate Center and includes two 5-story office buildings connected by a two-story entry link, a 535 space parking garage, and a closed loop geothermal cooling system.  The project received LEED Silver certification.

Barry was also responsible for several Main Line Health projects including a multi-story parking garage and a new 28-townhome development in the heart of Bryn Mawr.  The Whitehall Townhomes were the recipient of several awards including Best in American Living Platinum Award from the National Association of Home Builders and the 2013 Montgomery Award in recognition of extensive planning and collaboration, creative site design, and attractive architectural features. 

Barry has also provided Development Management services to Trinity College on the $45 million Library and Information Technology Center Project in Hartford, CT. The project involved the complete renovation of an existing 120,000 square foot library and the construction of a new 65,000 square foot, four-story addition to the existing building.

Barry has successfully managed over 500,000 square feet of tenant improvements and several million dollars of capital improvements for corporate clients such as Allstate, PeopleSoft, Eli Lilly, Amstar Group Limited, Kennedy Associates, Archon Group and AMB Properties.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Barry was employed by Turner Construction Company and Kvaerner Construction, holding several positions and working on multiple large scale projects.
