Since joining Trammell Crow Company in 1988, Jeff’s responsibilities have included all aspects related to the development, management, land procurement, design process, permitting and construction process of both speculative, build-to-suit and customer fee development projects. 

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Holcomb managed the development of a broad set of real estate projects within the institutional and corporate product type.  The subject “ground-up” projects collectively comprised approximately 4,975,000 square feet with total development budgets in excess of $796 million.  Before joining TCC, Mr. Holcomb was employed by a Philadelphia area historic tax credit developer during which time he managed over 1 million square feet of new and re-development with combined construction costs in excess of $75 million.
