John "Bo" M. Larson

Development Manager

John (Bo) Larson serves Trammell Crow Company’s Phoenix Business Unit by overseeing and coordinating all design and construction management services required for the portfolio of development projects. With over 25 years of prior experience as an architect, he has provided program/project and construction management services for a variety of project types and has established multi-year client relationships. In his present role, he is actively involved in all aspects of project-related services, from initial due diligence through construction administration/move-in.

Larson joined TCC in 2000 and coordinated and managed a team of project managers providing services exclusively on the American Express account for field facilities totaling nearly 1,000,000sf at 175 locations in the 13 Western United States. From 2004 to 2007, Larson coordinated program/project management services on the Comerica Bank account for their New Branch Initiative in California and Arizona totaling 35 new locations, and new corporate offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and San Jose totaling over 200,000sf. In 2008, Larson joined the TCC Phoenix Business Unit.
