TCC Named Maryland DC NAIOP Firm of the Year

WASHINGTON, DC – October 4, 2013 Trammell Crow Company’s (“TCC”) MidAtlantic Business Unit has been named 2013 Firm of the Year by the Maryland/DC Chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

TCC will complete Sentinel Square II located at 1050 First Street NE, Washington DC and will break ground on another speculative office project located at 400 Sixth Street in Southwest Washington, DC this year.
