The Portland, Oregon Business Unit opened in 1978. Since that time we have developed 40 industrial, office, retail and mixed use projects totaling 12.3 million square feet throughout Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark Counties.  

Our development team is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Since 1998, the Portland team has built, or is in the process of building 20 projects comprised of 57 buildings totaling more than 7.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space with costs of approximately $666 million. These projects were financed either directly or through multiple capital partners including ING/Clarion, Kennedy Associates and AMB Properties, to name a few. We have worked with numerous cities throughout Oregon including, but not limited to: Portland, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Clackamas, Milwaukie and Gresham. Our in process development totals approximately 3 million square feet with project costs of approximately $189 million.
