Mr. Finan manages development projects with a dedicated focus on the execution of the development. He is a team leader and works with Trammell Crow Company/CB Richard Ellis professionals in securing leases at terms that maximize each asset’s value and return and prepares them for profitable hold or exit strategies. Mr. Finan’s development, transaction and ownership experiences provide a unique insight into the strategic objectives of the property owners represented. 

Since returning to Trammell Crow Company in 1998, Mr. Finan has developed 3.2 million square feet of office space in the DC metropolitan area, including 1.1 million square feet of highly secure facilities and 1 million square feet of LEED designated space.
