Aaron Thielhorn serves as a Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company’s Houston business unit and as the director of its office/healthcare division. Additionally, Aaron manages the office and residential development for the company’s Austin business unit with a specific focus on the Green Water mixed-use development project. In this dual role, he is responsible for the origination, financing, joint venture, execution, and disposition of TCC acquisition and development investments in the Houston and Austin regions. Since 2004, Aaron has managed the development or acquisition of over 2.2 million square feet of Class A office buildings valued at $750 million.
Aaron began his career with Trammell Crow Company in 1999 as a Financial Analyst. From 2000 - 2003, he served as a member of the Capital Markets Group and participated in the marketing and disposition of over 5.8 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial real estate valued at approximately $400 million.
In 2003, Aaron joined the Development and Investment team in his current role, and was promoted to Principal in 2006.
