Adam serves as a Principal and head of Trammell Crow Company’s Austin Business Unit. In this role, he oversees the entire business unit, including all development and acquisition projects throughout Austin and Central Texas, new business pursuits, finance and overall day-to-day operations.
Adam previously served as a Principal in TCC’s Austin Business Unit and a Senior Vice President with TCC’s Healthcare team in Dallas. During his five-year tenure, he managed the development of more than 340,000 square feet of medical office buildings valued at $71 million and led the negotiation and execution of TCC’s master development agreement with the City of Austin for the redevelopment of the Thomas Green Water Treatment Plant in downtown Austin. Adam has over 11 years of experience in varied aspects of commercial real estate including construction management, development management, marketing, valuation and finance
