Jim Casey is the City Leader and Managing Director of Houston Development and Investment Division.  His primary focus is on providing deal sourcing, structuring, and execution of development and investment opportunities for properties in the Houston area.

Recently responsible for Houston-area development projects totaling over 4 million square feet.  Direct involvement in site selection, market underwriting, project planning, financing, design, construction and leasing.  Executed projects under various deal structures with investors. Oversight of sale of projects upon completion.

Houston Industrial Property Owners
Over 23 years of experience focused on the Houston market.  Completed over 300 leasing transactions on behalf of many owner clients as a leasing broker.  Provided oversight of all development, property management services, and leasing for a portfolio of over 10 million sf of industrial properties.  Responsible for operating results of the Industrial Division.
