Since beginning with Trammell Crow Company in 1996, Mr. Bradford has focused on the development and marketing of speculative projects and Build-to-Suit office and industrial projects on and surrounding international airports including the International Air CargoCentres™ at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston, Portland International Airport, and John F. Kennedy International Airport as well as the AirFreight & LogisticCentres™ at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Calgary International Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston, Kansas City International Airport and Pittsburgh International Airport. 

In addition to speculative development projects, Mr. Bradford has served as the development Principal on point for multiple Build-to-Suit Projects throughout North America. Mr. Bradford has also served as a master plan consultant to several major international airports including Seattle Tacoma International Airport, Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport, Kansas City International Airport and Pittsburgh International Airport.
 
Under Mr. Bradford’s leadership, TCC’s Airport Development Team has developed in excess of 11 million square feet of rentable space at major international airports throughout North America.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Bradford served as a federal briefing attorney in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He also worked in private practice with the firms of Donohoe, Jameson & Carroll (Dallas, TX) and Beckman & Quirk (San Antonio, TX) focusing primarily on the representation of design professionals, general contractors, and real estate professionals.
