Jud is the leader of Trammell Crow Company’s national healthcare business unit. Since 2001, he has focused exclusively on and has played an instrumental role in establishing our healthcare real estate development and investment business. He lends healthcare expertise to our local field offices and manages customer relationships with hospital systems and national healthcare providers. He assists hospital clients with strategic planning on major acquisition, development and campus improvement projects. He has structured investment opportunities in our projects for the benefit of our customers and their physician partners. For three years Jud directed all project management services for our Baylor Health Care System account, where combined annual volume for renovation and new construction exceeded $250 million of clinical and medical office projects.
Jud brings 25 years career experience in varied aspects of commercial real estate including architecture, project management, marketing, lease and sale transactions, valuation and finance. Project experience includes ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings, hospitals, high-rise office, regional shopping malls and hotels. He is also a registered architect in the State of Texas.
