Since 1948, Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit has helped shape the Dallas skyline and successfully developed projects of combined value totaling billions, across all product lines. Local services include real estate advisory services, master planning, governmental approvals and entitlements, design and construction management, project capital sourcing and structuring, building commissioning and tenant occupancy services. We provide these services both for projects we own and for those owned by our customers in an Owner’s Representation or Program Management role.
The DFW team is a broad team of diversified and experienced industry professionals. In 2007 alone, we executed 16 projects within DFW totaling 5.6 million square feet. Collectively, these ground-up projects were valued in excess of $600 million and represented industrial, office, retail and healthcare sectors.
