§         Manned Airfield Operations Area (AOA):

o        Enables customers to transfer freight in an efficient, timely, and secure manner;

o        Promotes maximum utilization of the aircraft apron and airport infrastructure while minimizing operation cost for customers of the business park, and reducing truck traffic; and

o        Seamlessly integrates the apron of the Air CargoCentre™ and the AirFreight & LogisticsCentres™.

 

§         North Foreign Trade Zone

o        Deferral of federal tax duties on all products imported into the NFTZ; and

o        Preempted taxation on inventory that has been imported or is held in the NFTZ for export.


§         No Real Estate Taxes.
 

§         Triple Freeport Inventory Tax Exemption:

o        No personal property taxes on inventories held less than 175 days and shipped out of Texas
