Local services include real estate advisory services, master planning, governmental approvals and entitlements, design and construction management, project capital sourcing and structuring, building commissioning and tenant occupancy services. We provide these services both for projects we own and for those owned by our customers in an Owner’s Representation or Program Management role.
The DFW team is a broad team of diversified and experienced industry professionals. In 2007 alone, we executed sixteen (16) projects within DFW totaling 5.6 million square feet. Collectively, these ground-up projects were valued in excess of $600 million and represented industrial, office, retail and healthcare sectors.

Trammell Crow Company has maintained an office in Austin, Texas since 1969. Since that time, the firm has been a leader in developing commercial real estate throughout the Austin area. Many of the City of Austin’s significant developments were originally conceived and delivered by TCC, including The Arboretum, Braker Center, Research Park, Southpark and 301 Congress.
Since 2005, the Austin Business Unit has constructed or is the process of developing $393 million of projects across the City, demonstrating our ability to develop projects across a wide range of uses. Currently five significant projects are underway including Crestview Station, The Shore Condominiums, Escarpment Village, Expo 8 and 9 and Research Park Place.
Additionally, the Austin office has been selected to be the master developer on the Green Water Treatment Plant redevelopment in downtown Austin, with $750 million in construction planned over the next five to 10 years. In addition, the Austin team is leading the way in clean energy by developing the Texas Clean Energy Park, an industrial development in southeast Austin planning to house next generation clean technology companies.
