TCC opened its first offices in Austin, Texas in 1969 and has since been a leader in developing commercial real estate throughout Central Texas. Many of Austin's most significant developments were originally conceived and ultimately delivered by TCC, including 601 West 2nd Street (Google Tower), Northshore, Indeed Tower, 500 W 2nd Street, The Arboretum, 301 Congress and Crestview Commons.
Since 2015, TCC has commenced or completed more than 10 million square feet of commercial development with total project costs in excess of $5 billion.
