The St. Louis office of Trammell Crow Company was one of the first offices established outside the State of Texas back in 1966. Over the past 50+ years, the company developed over 120 industrial, office and retail projects in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Notable projects include Shaw Park Plaza, Creve Coeur Corporate Center, West 70 Commerce Center and Gateway Commerce Center.
The Kansas City office was opened a few years later and the company proceeded to develop over 30 buildings in that market. Notable projects in KC include Lighton Plaza, 5901 College, College & Renner and the KCI Intermodal BusinessCentre.
The company quickly earned a reputation for developing successful development projects in key submarkets in both cities, and in the neighboring states of Illinois and Kansas. In June of 2007, St. Louis and Kansas City business units were merged into one with the responsibility for covering markets in the lower Midwest.
