About

At High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, our expertise is mixed-use projects on premier sites in major U.S. cities. We manage the development of apartments, condominiums and townhomes and have a have a deep background in urban, infill mixed-use residential development, as well as the redevelopment or repurposing of existing facilities. We have a current pipeline of nearly 4,000 units valued at $1.4 billion.

We choose high-growth locations where the city is the amenity, augmenting the vibrancy of the streetscape with responsive, contextual design. Our pedestrian-oriented communities offer a sense of place, character and history, and amenities that complement and enhance our residents’ urban lifestyle.

Each High Street Residential property tells a unique story. We’re accustomed to complicated infill sites and arduous entitlement processes – they are part and parcel of building in the most desirable locations where our high-end demographic wants to live. High Street professionals are quite literally building in their own backyards, so they think carefully about how to weave a property into the urban fabric and create environments where their neighbors want to work, live and play.
