MALVERN, PA – May 29, 2014 Trammell Crow Company and ifm efector are pleased to announce that they will be constructing a new 45,000 square foot two-story Class “A” corporate headquarters in the Atwater Corporate Center. The groundbreaking is planned for August of this year with completion in the summer of 2015.
The new office building has been designed to be a state of the art facility including a two-story lobby, extensive glass and daylighting, 10’ ceilings, open offices, fitness center, cafeteria, board room and training facilities. The site features an employee patio and lawn, direct access to park trails and views of a lake and protected woodlands.
The Atwater Corporate Center is a 388 acre mixed use development located at the intersection of Route 29 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Malvern, PA with direct access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike from within the corporate center. There is an extensive trail network throughout the development and the center piece of the property is a former limestone quarry that is now a beautiful 70 acre lake. There are numerous restaurants, hotels and conference centers located within close proximity of the corporate center. The 150 acre south side of Atwater Lake will be a mixed use development with restaurants, retail, luxury apartments, townhomes and single family homes.
Gola Corporate Real Estate represented ifm and CBRE represented Trammell Crow Company in the transaction. The building architect is Bernardon Haber Holloway Architects, and the interior is being designed by Nelson. The general contractor is IMC Construction.
