DALLAS, TX – Trammell Crow Company announces that Joel Behrens has been promoted to Principal with the firm’s Dallas/Fort Worth Business Unit. In this role, Joel will continue to lead Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas multi-family division, under the High Street Residential brand, including responsibility for the origination, financing, joint-venture structuring, and execution of multi-family investments throughout Texas.
“Joel is an essential component to our team in Dallas,” said Scott Krikorian, Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company’s DFW Business Unit. “Under his leadership, the DFW Business Unit will continue to lead the market and deliver outstanding results to our partners and customers.”
Joel is currently overseeing the residential development of more than 1.5 million square feet, including Knox Heights, M-Line Tower and Park District. He previously served as a Senior Vice President and joined the Company in 2008. During his tenure, Joel has executed the development of more than 2.8 million square feet.
Behrens serves as a board member of the McKinney Avenue Transit Authority and Uptown Dallas, Inc., is a council member for Urban Land Institute’s North Texas Chapter, and is a member of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
