ARLINGTON, TX – August 17, 2015 – Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers and investors, has been appointed by the City of Arlington to serve as the master developer of an 18+ acre site located at I-30 and N. Collins Street. The site has the ability to accommodate up to 1 million square feet of premier, Class A office space.
