DENVER, CO – January 30, 2017 – Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announces another building sale at Crossroads Commerce Park (Crossroads). Sierra Pacific Industries has purchased their new 52,566+/- square foot industrial facility located at the northwest corner of 52nd Avenue and Washington Street in unincorporated Adams County. Construction started last summer and was completed this week.

Additional space remains available for lease, as well as future phases on the south end of the park offering up to four additional buildings on a build-to-suit basis for users for sale or lease.
Murray & Stafford are the general contractor and Ware Malcomb is the architect for the building. Colorado Business Bank provided financing for the project. The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Mike Wafer, Tim D’Angelo, and Mike Wafer Jr. represented Trammell Crow Company in the transaction and handles the leasing and marketing for Crossroads.
