DENVER, CO – January 30, 2017 – Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announces another building sale at Crossroads Commerce Park (Crossroads). Sierra Pacific Industries has purchased their new 52,566+/- square foot industrial facility located at the northwest corner of 52nd Avenue and Washington Street in unincorporated Adams County. Construction started last summer and was completed this week.

“SPI is excited to relocate our Denver area operations to Crossroads Commerce Park, and the TCC team was first-class to work with and performed admirably throughout the construction process,” said Gary Blanc, Manager for SPI.

Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI) is a third-generation, family-owned and operated forest products company based in northern California. SPI owns approximately 1.9 million acres of timberland in California and Washington, and is the third-largest private timberland owner and third-largest lumber producer in the U.S.  SPI’s window company, Sierra Pacific Windows, is one of the fastest growing wood window companies in the U.S., and will be occupying a portion of Building 5 at Crossroads. This relocation is an expansion for SPI and a location better suited to services out customers in the Denver area. Sierra Pacific Windows has operated in the Denver marketplace since 1998.

“We are so pleased to welcome Sierra Pacific as a new owner at Crossroads,” said Ann Sperling, Senior Director with Trammell Crow Company’s Denver office. “They are a best-in-class addition to our park. Adams County is so supportive of new businesses and was instrumental in helping us deliver the building on schedule.”

Crossroads continues to attract tenants and owner/users, with approximately 857,000 square feet in six buildings either built or under construction at the Park. Additional space remains available for lease, as well as future phases on the south end of the park offering up to four additional buildings on a build-to-suit basis for users for sale or lease.

Murray & Stafford are the general contractor and Ware Malcomb is the architect for the building. Colorado Business Bank provided financing for the project. The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Mike Wafer, Tim D’Angelo, and Mike Wafer Jr. represented Trammell Crow Company in the transaction and handles the leasing and marketing for Crossroads.
