Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) MidAtlantic Business Unit announced today that it has been recognized as the top commercial real estate developer in 2016 by the Washington Business Journal. TCC had more than 5.8 million square feet under construction last year within the greater Washington, DC metro region, spanning a variety of product types including office, healthcare, retail, industrial and multifamily, which is being developed by its High Street Residential subsidiary. Notable projects include The Shops at Dakota Crossing, Sentinel Square, Sonnet, and The Dalton.

The Washington Business Journal ranking is based on the metro-area number of square feet under construction during the previous calendar year.
