High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has announced that it is expanding its Atlanta office with a strategic new hire. Hussain “Moos” Moosajee has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and will be responsible for the oversight and execution of multifamily and mixed-use related developments. Moosajee will report into Brandon Houston, a principal in the firm’s Atlanta Business Unit.
“As we continue to grow our brand in the Atlanta multifamily market, we are excited to welcome Moos to the High Street Residential team,” said Houston. “Moos brings a wide range of expertise with him, having been focused on multifamily and mixed-use development for the bulk of his nearly two-decade career. His recent work in the development of various senior and student housing projects will be especially helpful as we continue to expand our development capabilities throughout metro Atlanta.”
In his new role, Moosajee will be focused on the sourcing, underwriting and execution of development and investment transactions, including site selection, securing entitlements and approvals, budgeting, design, creating and implementing project business plans, and the capitalizing and monetizing of projects. He joins High Street Residential from AIG Global Real Estate, where he served as Vice President of Investments for the past six years. Prior to AIG he worked as Vice President of Asset Management for Jamestown.
Moosajee earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and his MBA from Emory University.
