Buffalo Wild Wings Signs 7,000-Square-Foot Lease at LA Plaza Village in Los Angeles

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, announced that the popular sports bar Buffalo Wild Wings signed a lease to open its newest Southern California location at LA Plaza Village in Los Angeles. The sports bar will occupy 6,934 square feet of retail space at the recently completed mixed-use development, which spans 425,000 square feet across two full city blocks and four buildings. Buffalo Wild Wings will be located at the intersection of Broadway and Cesar Chavez Boulevard, overlooking the gates of Chinatown, and is slated to open for the 2020 football season.

High Street Residential was represented by Derrick Moore of CBRE in the transaction, while the tenant was represented by Jesse Paster of NAI Capital.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Buffalo Wild Wings brand to LA Plaza Village,” said Alex Valente of High Street Residential. “This new location will be an incredible amenity to our residents and to the local community. The BWW team is already an active community partner, supporting the local economy and will be hiring local area workers for this new location. We are very excited to have Buffalo Wild Wings join CVS as one of the two anchor retail tenants for the Project.”  

Buffalo Wild Wings will feature craveable bar food, cold beer, mixed drinks and endless TVs. Karim Webb and Edward Barnett’s PCF Restaurant Management will operate the brand’s newest franchise location in LA.

HSR developed LA Plaza Village in a public-private partnership with the Cesar Chavez Foundation, Principal Real Estate Investors, La Plaza de Cultura y Artes Museum, and the County of Los Angeles. The new destination, which had its grand opening in September 2019, features 355 apartments, 20 percent of which are affordable housing units, 43,000 square feet of retail space and several public open spaces.
