The Northern California Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has announced a strategic new hire. Adam Voelker has joined TCC as Senior Vice President
and will be responsible for expanding the firm’s office and mixed-use development in the San Francisco Bay Area.
“Adam is an incredible addition to our team in Northern California. His expertise in large-scale complex office and mixed-use development competitively positions TCC for continued expansion in the Bay Area,” said Adam Nims, President of TCC’s Western Operations. “In particular, Adam’s recent experience leading the Mission Rock development is an excellent illustration of his ability to lead TCC’s growth in office and mixed-use projects throughout Northern California. A 13-year veteran of the real estate development and investment industry, Voelker joins TCC with a wealth of knowledge about the office and residential sector in the Bay Area, where he has worked for the past six years. He joins from Tishman Speyer, where he most recently oversaw new office and residential development opportunities, existing office acquisitions, and asset dispositions. Voelker was a key member of the development team behind Mission Rock, a 2.7-million-square-foot mixed-use development on San Francisco’s waterfront, in partnership with the San Francisco Giants and Port of San Francisco.
Voelker holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
