New TCC Team Members are Part of the Firm’s 2020 Master’s Degree Class, Recruited from Top Graduate Business Schools Across the US
Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the largest commercial real estate developers in the United States, announces its 2020 Master’s class, consisting of four strategic new hires located in the top U.S. markets for commercial real estate. The newest team members, who all hold the title of Senior Associate, were hired as part of TCC’s extensive graduate school recruiting program, which visits prestigious business schools in the country to attract top talent in the real estate development industry.

Marie Archibald, TCC Austin
Marie recently graduated from Harvard Business School, earning her MBA in May of 2020. Based in Austin, Marie will focus primarily on underwriting new investments in multifamily, industrial, and office projects. In the summer of 2019, Marie worked as a Real Estate Development Associate for AvalonBay Communities in Boston, where she focused on learning all aspects of the development process for multifamily and mixed-use development, including site acquisition, financial feasibility, planning, design and project management. She previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Goldman Sachs. Marie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Kyle Bateman, TCC Capital Markets, Houston
Kyle is a May 2020 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, where he earned his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Private Equity. He will work closely with TCC’s Head of Capital Markets, focused on advising local TCC Business Units on project capitalization across the U.S. and across all product types. In 2019, Kyle worked as a summer associate for Stream Realty Partners in Austin. His duties included financial analysis and underwriting, identifying investment opportunities, and compiling investment memorandums and financial models. Kyle also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business.
Travis Melvin, TCC MidAtlantic
Travis is a recent graduate of the Sloan Fellow Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he earned a Master in Management. He will be based in TCC’s Washington, D.C. office, where he will be focused on the healthcare and multifamily sectors of TCC’s business in Washington, D.C. and North Carolina. Travis previously spent four years with Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Funds in Dallas as a Vice President, and also spent four years with Wells Fargo in Charlotte, working as an Investment Banking Analyst and a Non-Agency MBS Trader. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Brad Stevinson, TCC Denver
Brad is a recent graduate of Harvard Business School, where he earned his MBA in May of 2020. Working out of TCC’s Denver office, Brad will focus on the pursuit of new industrial and multifamily opportunities. Previously, Brad worked for several years as a medical physician, both in the United States and Australia, before turning to real estate development. He has since been involved in development in Colorado and in Boston, working as a summer associate for Boston Properties in 2019. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College and a Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine.
