The Austin Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Principal Real Estate Investors announce that Heritage Title Company of Austin, Inc. (Heritage Title Company) has signed a lease for 20,459 square feet at Indeed Tower, which is currently under construction at 200 West Sixth Street in Downtown Austin. The company, which provides title insurance and settlement services, will occupy part of the tower’s 20th floor when it moves in next summer.

Troy Holme, Casey Ford and Katie Ekstrom of CBRE represented ownership in the deal, while Derek Lewis and Todd Gilfillan of Lincoln Property Company represented the tenant.

Construction on Indeed Tower, formerly known as Block 71, began in October 2017 and is scheduled to be completed during the first half of 2021. The Class AA office building will rise 36 stories and includes 673,000 square feet of office space, 35,000 square feet of retail space within the converted historic Claudia Taylor Johnson post office building and ground floor areas, and 17,000 square feet of outdoor urban greenspace.
