“We are excited to grow our portfolio of best-in-class logistics facilities in the Metro Phoenix market. We have seen consistent user demand in recent years and expect that trend to continue,” said Cullen Mahoney of TCC’s Phoenix Business Unit. “Since 2012, we have invested over $300 million of capital into the industrial sector in Phoenix and we will continue to seek new opportunities that fit within our investment criteria.”
Cowden Logistics Center is situated just off the Interstate 10 and Loop 101 Freeways and is a short drive to the Loop 202 Freeway. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the site.
The project is being designed by Butler Design Group and Wespac Construction is the project’s general contractor. Phil Haenel, Mike Haenel, and Andy Markham of Cushman and Wakefield are handling the leasing.
