Nunn of NE Metro and Olsen of Portland named Principals; Ebert of Midwest Named Executive Vice President
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has announced the following promotions, effective January 1st, 2021.
Matt Nunn of TCC’s NE Metro Business Unit has been promoted to Principal. Matt joined TCC in 2014 and has contributed to the development of more than 10 million square feet of industrial projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. As a principal, he is responsible for all aspects of the development process including market analysis, land and deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, debt and equity relationships, vertical development coordination, leasing, and disposition. Matt was a key part of the successful financial outcomes for the North Valley Trade Center, the I‐78 Trade Center, the Principio Business Center, and the Lebanon Valley Distribution Center. His current in-process development projects include Steel City and Northeast Commons, and he is leading the pursuit of five additional industrial projects that total over two million square feet of new development.
Kirk Olsen of TCC’s Portland Business Unit was promoted to Principal. Kirk joined TCC in 2014 and is an 18-year veteran of the development industry. As principal, Kirk will continue to develop disciplined pursuit strategies, secure land under favorable terms/structures, negotiate solid transaction documents, source, negotiate, and close equity and debt transactions, guide construction and leasing, build relationships with TCC’s partners, and exit with strong profits to the firm. Kirk has been fully responsible for directing and managing the internal and external development teams on industrial projects totaling 1.4 million square feet, including Wall Street Industrial Park, Clackamas Corporate Park, T-S Corporate Park, and Baker West Industrial Park; he has also been involved in sourcing new office/mixed use opportunities in the region.
Jerry Ebert of TCC’s Midwest Business Unit has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Jerry joined TCC in 2013 and has built the ranks of the BU’s Development Management team to a group of professionals that have started construction on more than $1.2 billion in projects across all product types, including 942,000 square feet of office, 2.2 million square feet of industrial, 2,013 multifamily units, and 51,300 square feet of retail space within these projects. Jerry has delivered complex projects and has dealt with extreme project challenges. He is highly regarded by TCC’s capital partners and within the development industry and, most importantly, he is highly respected by all members of the Midwest team.
