Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global development firm, has been named the #1 development firm in the United States. The Dallas-based firm topped Commercial Property Executive’s (CPE) 2022 list of U.S. development firms for the ninth year in a row. High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary, ranked #3 – rising two spots from 2021 – on sister publication Multi-Housing News’ (MHN) 2022 list of top multifamily development firms.
