Clyde Wright has been appointed Senior Vice President. He began his career with TCC in 2013 with the Seattle Business Unit and was instrumental in development of the recently completed 929 Office Tower in Bellevue, WA. In his new role, Wright will be a core addition to a senior project team on Diridon Station in San Jose, assuming development and construction responsibilities on one of the largest projects across the TCC portfolio. Currently in for approvals with the City, this transit-oriented Silicon Valley development includes approximately 1 million square feet of Class A office buildings, 325 luxury apartment units developed by High Street Residential, and amenity retail including the restoration of the San Jose Water Company Building. Prior to TCC, Wright was a Development Director with Schnitzer West. With more than 37 years in the industry, Wright has been responsible for design, construction and development exceeding 12 million square feet of commercial office buildings and tenant improvements, retail, industrial, transportation, single and multi-family projects.
Parker Larson joins TCC as a Senior Associate, where he will assume an integral role assisting project execution on Diridon Station and other initiatives, including new business opportunities and the management of current TCC projects in-process throughout the Northern California region. He joins TCC from Salt Lake City where he worked for CBRE, focusing on macroeconomic research and industrial, office, and retail product. Larson has broad experience in both real estate and law, including managing a family-owned investment company with interests in student housing and commercial ground leases. Larson received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
The office currently has more than 3 million square feet of projects underway, including Diridon Station, MidPoint@237, a large industrial project located in North San Jose which will include three Class A advanced manufacturing buildings, totaling approximately 600,000 square feet as well as Oaks Logistics Center, a three-building state-of-the-art logistics/fulfillment center in Livermore, CA totaling 1.3 million square feet.
