Lee first joined TCC in 2013, working for the Houston Business Unit as a Senior Associate, where he worked on several notable office developments in that market, including Energy Center Three, Four and Five, and Noble Energy Center II. After a brief stint away from the firm working with Boston Properties in the Northeast, Tommy rejoined TCC in 2017, working out of CBRE’s New York office as Vice President in the Capital Markets Group. He was promoted to Principal in January of 2019 and has continued drive the CMG business by advancing the firm’s strategic joint ventures and providing access to a diversity of capital partners and structures for TCC’s local Business Units.
Lee attended Georgetown University, where he earned his BS from the McDonough School of Business and his Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance.
