•Take-up remains at a record high level.

•The vacancy rate of total modern office stock has increased to 11.3% as a result of new deliveries and is expected to increase further.

•The market’s pipeline currently stands at 75,800 sq m.

•Rental levels have slightly increased due to the improved quality of the office stock. A class rent rates are currently between 12.0 – 14.0 EUR/sq m/month, while the rental range for B class office premises is between 8.0 – 11.5 EUR/sq m/month.

•A newly built and fully leased office project Arka in the centre of Kaunas was purchased for EUR 24.2 mln.
