• Year-over-year, vacancy rates for Class A properties in Metro Detroit increased 35 basis points, reaching 12.3%. Vacancy rates for Class B properties decreased 87 basis points to 17.2%, while vacancy rates for Class C properties fell 209 basis points to just 13.3%.


• Since Q1 2015, overall vacancy rate has declined by 556 basis points, or 27.1%, while overall availability rate has declined by 460 basis points, or 18.7%.
