This year the office stock in the Central-European (CE) capitals is expected to expand by 995,000 sq m. This figure is a slight decline compared to 2018 annual completion level (ca 1.1 M sq m) however, it is still above the 5-yr average. This year the largest absolute volume will be delivered in Bucharest 336,000 sq m) and Warsaw (230,000 sq m).
