At the end of Q3, the French logistics market was low-key and continues on the same trend than the H1. Despite getting off to a flying start at the beginning of the year, Q2 and Q3 have recorded a successive decrease in take-up.

Over the first 9 months of 2019, the market slowed by 14% compared with 2018. Take-up totals 2,528,000 sqm, which is still 12% above the ten-year average.

There has been a slow-down compared with the record-breaking figures of 2016, 2017 and 2018. This indicates an end of year performance below that of previous years.
