Central London in April 2020

  • April take-up in Central London totalled 225,800 sq ft, representing one of the lowest monthly totals on record.
  • Availability remained relatively stable, falling by less than 1% to 13.8m sq ft.
  • Under offers totalled 3.5m sq ft, remaining above the 10-year trend of 3.2m sq ft.
  • Office investment totalled £114m, bringing the year-to-date total to £1.6bn.
