DJ Rivera joined Trammell Crow Company in 2013 and serves as Finance Manager for TCC's Southern California Business Unit in Newport Beach, California. In this role, DJ is responsible for daily financial management and reporting tasks related to development projects and business unit budget. This includes project cost reports, budget tracking and variance analysis, monthly draw funding request packages, coordination and timely processing of financial information and transactions, and acting as liaison between development managers, financial partners, lenders and TCC accounting staff in the Dallas corporate offices.
A few of the recent projects DJ has financially managed include The Boardwalk office campus project, Knox Logistics Center V, Sierra Lakes Commerce Center, I-215 Logistics Center, Ontario Innovation Centers I and II, and the Riverside County Law Building, amounting to a combined total budget of $610 million.
DJ has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience. Prior to joining TCC, DJ spent more than 20 years in accounting and auditing roles for corporate and private clients, companies and small to mid-sized public accounting firms in the Southern California area.
