Professional Experience


Matt Khourie is the Vice Chairman for Trammell Crow Company. In this role, he partners with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives to further drive the TCC offering across geographies and product types.Matt acts as Chair of the firm’s three investment committees –U.S., European Logistics and Telford Homes –and is also a member of the TCC Executive Committee and the Telford Homes Board.

Prior to his appointment to Vice Chairman in January 2022, he served as the Chief Investment Officer(CIO)for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment and for TCC. From 2016-2020, Matt was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TCC, where he was responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the Company. Before his four-year tenure as TCC CEO, he served as CEO of CBRE Investment Management, where he was focused on the global management of the Company and served as chairman of the firm’s Global Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team.

During his original 29-year tenure at TCC, Matt worked in various management positions including leadership roles that focused on development, investment strategy, portfolio management, and institutional investor relations.

Professional Experience


Matt Khourie is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment. In this role, Matt is responsible for allocating CBRE’s equity capital into REI (including direct deals for Trammell Crow Company and reviewing co-investments into funds for CBRE Global Investors) and for REI merger-and-acquisition opportunities, working closely with CBRE’s Corporate Development team. Matt is also the CIO for Trammell Crow Company (TCC), where he is responsible for firm-wide corporate finance and all of TCC’s real estate investment activity. Matt is the Chair of the Investment Committees for both TCC and Telford Homes and is a member of the TCC Executive Committee and the Telford Homes Board.
